Tarheel Paving was chosen as the contractor to perform our cartpath paving. Today they showed up to mobilize and begin the process. As I explained in an earlier post, they are going to be working on the worst areas throughout the course, primarily on the front 9. With good weather, knock on wood, they expect to be on site for 7-10 days.
Also, remember that the golf course will be closed tomorrow and Wednesday as we perform necessary cultural practices, aerification and verticutting, on fairways, approaches and greens.
