Last weekends Club Championship was not unlike any other event this season, weather played a role. Our staff once again rose to the occasion and delivered fantastic conditions. Another highlight was our ability to keep green speeds the same each day. Ironically, the greens were about the only component of the course that we felt we had control of. I attribute it to a new product we are using, a wetting agent, that helps pull moisture off the surface of the green and into the root zone.
After two weather delays Sunday afternoon our new Club Champion was crowned. Congratulations Mr. Sparks!!
